Cancellations :

You may cancel your order for CHATTPATA Moringa Powder before it is shipped by contacting us via email at [microveda.official@gmail.com].

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds :

If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact us within [ 48 hours] of delivery with photo proof.

We will inspect the issue, and if approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within [ 7-10 business days] after we receive the returned item.

Products opened, used, or in non- sealable condition are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
